Minuteman Civil Defense Corps are a non profit 501-c4. (A Government sanctioned Minutemen group) Imagine if the Original Minutemen asked the RED COATS, "Hey guys can we have non profit status so we dont have to pay taxes" and we'll wave big angry notes in the town square.
