The word analogy in our headline means "like the Bario" a place where the illegal aliens live en masse. America has become like the house of animal hoarders. The same mental illness exists in politicians for illegal aliens as it exists in the animal hoarders. Feminized politicians from both sides of the spectrum playing mother to their enslaved illegal aliens for votes and pure ego pleasure while the neighbors, average Americans citizens, suffer the consequences.

I'm not sure what the article about the 200 dogs has to do with illegal aliens, unless the owner of the dogs was an illegal? If that's so, I must have missed that in the article.
The word analogy means like the Bario where the illegal aliens flock to. America has become like the house of a filthy animal hoarder. The same mental illness exists in politicians for illegal aliens as it does like in the animal hoarders. Hope that answers your question. I was a bit abstract.
