Laredo report from MM01 forward scout.

Laredo Texas, Sept, 10th 2006, The day before operation US Soverignty MMP: Within the first hour after turning on the scanners. MM01 picked up a cell phone call between a Border Partol Agent and Mexican national stating Mexican: "Im bringing a kid over dont question the kid" Are you on duty? BP Agent, "yes I'll be on duty" ok. MM01 also picked up spanish chatter from mexico, " We have 15 heads, and in the back ground a girl was heard to say I dont want to go I'm scared. Also we heard "Put the four bundles in the cooler under the ice and cover it with the beer". We are 99.999% sure this was a drug mule.
This is our homeland BORDER security with a "mission acomplished" from The President of the United States. This report was sent to the Office of the Mayor of Laredo, with a request for some information, I highly doubt we'll get a reply, so we'll presume the Laredo Mayor is Mexican scout until we get a satifactory reply.
